This soup is my mom’s old standby recipe, with an extra helping of healing jalapeno, for those stubborn colds and flu bugs.
Note: You can adjust the quantities for your serving needs
- Chicken (boneless, cooked and cut up)
- Chicken broth (1-2 cans)
- Celery(chopped)
- Carrots (sliced or chopped)
- 1/4 cup Happy Hal’s jalapeno relish
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Egg noodles
Simmer these ingredients (except egg noodles) together for an hour. Add cooked egg noodles, when ready to serve.
Serve with crackers or bread of your choice.
