Liberating Lima Bean Casserole
- ½ lb. velveeta cheese
- 1 (4oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp. Happy Hal’s
- 4 pkgs. Frozen lima beans, cooked and drained
Melt cheese. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, seasonings, and lima beans. Pour all into casserole and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
This is delicious with baked ham.
Serves 8-10.
