- 1 ½ cup cooked and drained macaroni
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. Happy Hal’s 3
- oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
- ½ lb. hot or mild sausage, cooked and drained (use pre-cooked if desired)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Combine everything except eggs and milk; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
