Kevin’s Macaroni Casserole

  • 1 ½ cup cooked and drained macaroni
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Happy Hal’s 3
  • oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
  • ½ lb. hot or mild sausage, cooked and drained (use pre-cooked if desired)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Combine everything except eggs and milk; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over other ingredients.

Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
