Smoked Ham, Cheese, and Happy Hal’s Panini

  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper 1
  • /3 cup Happy Hal’s
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 individual sandwich sized baguettes
  • ½ lb. sliced smoked ham
  • 1 medium size sweet onion

Combine 1st 6 ingredients in medium size bowl and stir until combined. Spread the cheese mixture on the cut sides of both top and bottom halves of each sandwich. Divide the ham and onions evenly between the 4 sandwiches. Brush with olive oil and cook until bread is warm and browning, and cheese is melted.

Use panini grill or similar grill such as a Forman.
