- 1 lb hamburger meat, or 1 bag veggie burger crumbles
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- ¼ cup Happy Hal’s
- ½ cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg tater tots
Press raw meat or veggie burger crumbles in casserole dish. Put slices onion on top of meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix Happy Hal’s, tomatoes, milk, and soup together. Pour over top of meat and onion. Cover with tater tots. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
