Supreme Scalloped Potatoes

  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Happy Hal’s
  • 1-2 onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk

Layer potatoes in large casserole. On each layer put Happy Hal’s, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix mushroom soup and milk together and pour some on each layer of potatoes.

Cover dish with foil and bake on 350° for 1 ½ hours.
