(A great quick recipe….just stop by the fish market on the way home from work!)
- 4 tilapia filets
- Lawry’s 30 minute lemon pepper marinade
- Happy Hal’s jalapeno relish
Marinate fish for 30 minutes in fridge. Preheat oven to 350°.
Place fish in casserole dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Spread Happy Hal’s on top of fish. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serves 4. Serve with potatoes or pasta of your choice.
