Potatoes O’Brien

  • 1 pkg. potatoes O’Brien
  • 1 cube of butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar cheese whiz
  • ¼ cup Happy Hal’s
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • crushed corn flakes or French fried onion rings

Pour potatoes in bowl to thaw. Put other ingredients in saucepan and heat until it bubbles. Pour over potatoes, put in casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes. Could also use crushed French fried onion rings.

Bake 1 hour at 350°.
