Mexican Corn Bread Casserole

  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix
  • 2 cups cream style corn
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp. Happy Hal’s
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Mix corn bread by package direction. Add corn. Brown hamburger meat. Add onion and Happy Hal’s; cook until onion is done. Put half of the corn bread mixture in a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over it and add cheese. Top with the rest of the corn bread mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
