- 8 oz. carton plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1-2 tbsp. Happy Hal’s jalapeno relish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint or mint sauce or jelly
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp honey 8 lamb loin chops, 4 -5 oz. each
In a bowl stir together yogurt, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and jalapeno relish. Add garlic, mint, lemon peel and honey and blend well. Cover and chill 2-24 hours. Sprinkle lamb chops lightly with salt and pepper. Broil 5 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side.
Pour yogurt sauce evenly all over.
