- 8 tsp. butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. Happy Hal’s
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach
- 1 small pkg. elbow macaroni
- chopped parsley
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 1 cup canned cream
- 4 oz. swiss cheese
- 1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter; add flour, milk, and cream to make sauce. Blend cheeses into sauce, stirring occasionally. Add well drained, cooked spinach, parsley, Happy Hal’s, chili peppers, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Combine all with cooked macaroni; top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350° until top is brown.
