- 2 ½ – 3 cups spinach elbow noodles (cooked and drained)
- 1 cup cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 can tuna (6 ½ oz.)
- 2 oz. Havarti cheese
- 2 oz. medium cheddar cheese
- 2-3 tbsp Happy Hal’s jalapeno relish
- 1 cup sweet peas
- ½ cup milk
Combine ingredients and simmer until cheese melts, stirring constantly and adding water to maintain moistness but avoid sogginess.
