Susie’s WEEE-OOOO Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard cooked eggs, peeled, and cut lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 1 ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustad
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Happy Hal’s

Place egg white halves on tray and egg yolks in small bowl.

Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except for Happy Hal’s. Put approximately 1 tsp. of HH in each egg white halve. Spoon yolk mixture on top to cover.

Sprinkle a small amount of paprika on top of each egg for color contrast.
