- 1 (12oz) bottle of beer water
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, leaving on tail
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Happy Hal’s Jalapeno Relish
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish 2 teasp.
- Fresh lemon juice
Fill large pot ½ full of water, add beer and bring to a boil. Toss in shrimp, and turn off heat. Wait 4 minutes, drain shrimp and rinse in cold water. In small bowl, combine ketchup, Happy Hal’s, horseradish, Worcestershire, and lemon. Mix and refrigerate.
When ready to serve arrange shrimp around bowl of sauce.
