- 1 (71/2 OZ.) CAN TUNA OR SALMON
- 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1 tbsp. HAPPY HAL’S JALAPENO RELISH RED PEPPER
Saute the onions and peppers in butter, until clear. Add flaked tuna or salmon, Happy Hal’s, and soup. Adjust seasoning if needed. Cook on low heat for 20 – 30 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers.
