My name is Susanne Spurlock and I own the Happy Jalapeno Company.

My personal profile is similar to the one type of consumers that will be my target market. I will market to the consumer who is smart, cares about their health, enjoys food, entertaining, cooking, and has an active lifestyle.

My husband, Joe, President of our company, will be partnered with me in building and operating the company. He and I have been married 22 years and enjoy working together. He and I are both outgoing, friendly, and energetic in our approach to life. We believe that combination is what has made us successful in business thus far. He has 22 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management with a large wine distributor. He will be a valuable consultant for me, as he has established many business relationships with restaurants, grocery and party stores, as well as people in the food and wine industry all over the country.
